All stock listed on our website is available for order, but we do not run backorders. If you would like to purchase an item that is listed as out of stock, please do get in touch through the contact details on our site. We strive to ensure that all our products are the freshest stock available in the country when we pack your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been opened and part of the package has been eaten. With regards to nuts, we cannot control the conditions of how the nuts are maintained once we have sent them to you. Therefore, we do not accept any returns on nuts after 2 days from receipt of shipping. If you have any issues with the quality or freshness of our products, please contact us immediately to discuss a solution for returning the product. Please note that as a low-margin business, all return costs would be at the expense of the customer.
